Come join our Product Development team and help shape the way businesses build customer relationships across phone, chat, and other conversation channels. You will work in a multidisciplinary scrum team on multiple products, so your work stays varied and impactful rather than tied to a single area.

Building the future - in products and people

We are looking for a senior engineer who combines strong React and frontend fundamentals with a mindset focused on quality and problem solving, and prefers a collaborative way of working.

You enjoy improving how things are built (and how teams build), and you take people along in technical decisions by listening, explaining trade-offs clearly, and building shared ownership.

Next to frontend you also dabble in another expertise, for example help out with backend features. You’re not only bringing technical expertise, but also business sense. You are not waiting for work to come to you, but you actively seek out interesting problems to solve.

What you will do:

  • Build and evolve frontend features across several customer-facing products
  • Help define and maintain frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
  • Raise quality through thoughtful reviews, pairing/mentoring, and pragmatic improvements to the codebase
  • Spot risks early (performance, maintainability, testing, accessibility, delivery), and propose solutions before they become incidents
  • Collaborate actively with backend, platform, UX, support, architects, and stakeholders
  • Share knowledge in ways that fit you: design/architecture docs, written guides, async posts, tech talks or informal sessions

Frontend expertise:

  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, TypeScript and React
  • Experience in designing frontend architecture and scalable patterns
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain technical decisions clearly and respectfully, and you welcome different perspectives
  • You understand API design best practices and can collaborate on an OpenAPI spec with backend colleagues
