Your assignment:

We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and commercially minded graduates to join our Graduate Development Program. This program is designed to accelerate your career by providing hands-on experience across key commercial functions such as sales, marketing, business development, and customer strategy.

As a Commercial Graduate in the Global Services business for Business Unit MRI, you will develop the capabilities to drive value-based partnerships with Business and Regional teams. This program is designed to build future commercial leaders who understand both the clinical and business needs of customers and can translate them into impactful service solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience across service sales, account management, business development, and commercial strategy, contributing to solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

You’ll work on real business challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop the skills needed to drive growth and deliver customer value in a fast-paced environment.

You are responsible for

  • Support the development and execution of service sales strategies across healthcare accounts
  • Assist in building value propositions for lifecycle services, managed services, and digital offerings
  • Analyze customer needs, operational challenges, and market trends in the healthcare sector
  • Contribute to commercial proposals, tenders, and contract development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, finance, and marketing) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support key account management activities and long-term customer partnerships
  • Participate in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Help identify opportunities to expand service offerings and recurring revenue streams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for senior leadership

As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Recently graduated Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related study and available per 1st September 2026
  • Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation
  • A customer-first attitude
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, eager to learn and ambitious
  • Business fluency in English
  • International experience would be a benefit
