Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.

As Partner Capability & Platform Manager, you will support the rollout and adoption of partner capabilities and platforms that enable Philips to work more effectively with Health Systems partners across the International Region. You will help ensure partners understand, adopt, and use Philips capability frameworks, tools, and training consistently to improve execution and business results. This role reports to the Partner Capability Leader within the International Region Partner Operations & Direct Export organization.

The Partner Capability Team strengthens how Philips engages with partners by building shared capabilities, platforms, and learning journeys. As partner-led business continues to grow, this role contributes to improving partner readiness, consistency, and quality of execution across markets.

Your Assignment

  • Support the deployment of partner capability frameworks and platforms across the International Region.
  • Work with zone teams to help partners understand capability requirements and how to use Philips platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) to refresh existing partner training and support the development and rollout of new training aligned with portfolio, market, and capability needs.
  • Support partner engagement activities, including preparation and follow-up for 1-to-1 partner meetings and regional events.
  • Help partners adopt Philips capability standards, including requirements linked to specialization and readiness.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from zones, partners, and BUs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in capabilities, platforms, and training content.
  • Coordinate with internal functions (Legal, Q&R, Trade Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to ensure partner enablement is consistent and compliant.
  • Support day-to-day capability and platform operations, including tracking adoption, maintaining materials, and supporting communications.
  • Monitor performance indicators such as Partner Central usage, training completion, specialization progress, and basic partner satisfaction metrics.
  • Contribute ideas and insights by observing best practices, market needs, and emerging digital or AI-enabled learning approaches.

You're the right fit if:

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics or related and available per 1st September 2026.
  • Maximum 1 year of work experience straight after graduation; ideally some experience with Partner Management and AI-enabled learning approaches.
  • Thorough knowledge of modern communication tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills; a customer-first attitude; self-starter mindset; digital savvy; eager and ambitious.
  • International experience would be a benefit.
  • Business fluency in English.
