Product & Project Management Intern

We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to join our Product & Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in how projects are planned, managed and executed, while learning about the development and launch of products. You will work closely with product and project managers and other stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives.

Mission

• Support the creation and maintenance of product and project documentation, such as timelines, overviews and managing data in internal systems.
• Assist product and project managers with market research, trend scouting and innovation sessions for portfolio understanding.
• Help coordinate project activities, including shipments, sampling and sourcing of products, samples and raw materials.
• Support customers in production visits, salon tests and content creation.
• Prepare presentations, reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Perform general administrative support for the Product/Project teams as needed.

You

• You are following a relevant education at HBO/WO level in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• You are proficient in English and confident working in a multicultural environment.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and are eager to work with Product Lifecycle Management tools.
• You show initiative and flexibility with last-minute requests and changes.
• You respect deadlines and enjoy collaborating with a team.
• You have a strong affinity with the beauty industry or innovation-led companies, with an interest in project management and product development.
• You are available for a minimum of 5 months from Sept 2026, working at least 3 days a week in the office in Soest.
