As Product Data & Metadata Specialist you are responsible for optimizing, safeguarding, and executing processes related to Product Data and metadata, ensuring that data is consistent, manageable, and efficiently usable within the commercial value chain. Bringing crucial changes into a commercially driven organisation.

This role combines a process-driven approach with hands-on execution. The focus is on achieving the right balance between efficiency, quality, structure, and flexibility, with the goal of maximizing the commercial value of Product Data.

In this role, you sit at the heart of the organization, ensuring that product data is not only accurate but truly adds value. You bring a structured mindset, think ahead, and know how to bring others along in the importance of strong data management. Furthermore you are responsible for:

• Set up and optimize processes for product data and metadata, including visual content
• Safeguard and improve data quality, consistency, and governance
• Streamline data flows across systems and commercial channels
• Apply automation and AI to increase efficiency and scalability
• Analyze, cleanse, and improve data while translating business needs into structured data solutions

You will be part of the Content team within the Commerce organization, operating at the intersection of commerce, content, and IT.

You have an affinity with automation and AI, and know how these can support scalable solutions. Additionally, you are comfortable working with Excel and analytical tools to analyze, optimize, and improve data quality.
