Business Controller

In this role you will be the business controller responsible for supporting functions (for example HR and CFO) and assist in Group controlling activities. You will work closely with all the members of a team of 8 reporting to the Director Business Control.

Your focus in the job will be on:

• Full ownership of strategic and financial planning, analyzing/reporting and (KPI) steering with regard to supporting functions
• Preparing modelling and supporting presentations for yearly budgeting, forecasting and multi-year strategic & financial business plan
• Ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis including projects and business cases

This = what you bring

A smart and eager professional with an academic background, preferably MsC in Business Administration (Economics) or Finance related

Around 4-6 years working experience in a Business Control role;

• Used to a data driven environment with professional Excel skills and comfortable with using PowerBI tools and eager to experiment with AI tooling
• Analytical, result driven, well-organized and being able to switch between details and the bigger picture at the same time
• A strong personality and communication skills combining social skills with persuasiveness and a truly team player and ready to have lots of fun
• English at professional working level is required, Dutch professional working level is an advantage
