Bachelor Internship: Research and Roll-Out Plan for Quality Branding of DAF Used Trucks

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in the international world of DAF Used Trucks?

As a Bachelor Intern, you will research the return and delivery quality of DAF Used Trucks in various European markets. Your mission is to analyze return parameters, sales processes, sales channels, and vehicle preparation. Based on your findings, you will develop a strategic plan to enhance delivery quality and create a compelling quality branding proposal for DAF Used Trucks in the international market.

As an intern you will:

• Analyze current intake quality and sales processes across multiple European countries
• Research market expectations from different sales channels purchasing Used Trucks
• Identify opportunities to improve the intake and delivery processes
• Develop a comprehensive roll-out plan for quality branding of DAF Used Trucks
• Present your findings and proposal to key stakeholders

Jouw profiel

• A Bachelor student specializing in Automotive, Commercial Business, International Business, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• A proactive team player with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is a plus

Afdeling

PACCAR Financial Europe provides financial services to DAF dealers and end customers, supporting the sales of DAF trucks across Europe. The DAF Used Trucks department manages the intake and re-marketing of approximately 12,000 customer-returned trucks annually, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction across international markets.
