Your Mission

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success through our services. You'll coach and motivate solution providers to get the most out of our service, ensuring they generate valuable leads and connections through 1-to-1 meetings and invitation-only events. This role is sales-driven, as you'll act as an extension of our sales team, fostering long-term customer relationships and driving repeat business.

In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Equip solution providers with the necessary knowledge and tools to optimize their participation in our invitation-only events, maximizing lead generation and relationship building opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities, contributing to increased customer lifetime value.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our services, effectively communicating our unique event concept and its benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to maintain a focus on both strategic goals and client needs.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, account management, customer success or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and professional level English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
