We are looking for a data-savvy, highly energized CRM Marketeer to shift our member engagement into the highest gear and to continue our growth journey as Europe’s leading bike membership. Swapfiets is active in 8 European markets and provides awesome service daily to 0.3 million active members. If you love creating killer emails, diving deep into customer data, and driving Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) for a leading micro-mobility brand, we want you on our ride. 🚲 🚀

You’ll be working in our Marketing Growth team where you will play a key role, managing our most important communication channels to both our members as well as to prospects. Your contribution will be crucial to bringing Swapfiets to the next level of scalable growth.

How you pedal us forward:

• Manage the daily operations for all CRM channels (email, push notifications and SMS). This includes gathering project requirements, writing clear briefs for the creative team, and building and launching campaigns within HubSpot.
• Control the communication pressure by balancing newsletters, marketing campaigns, and service updates across markets and customer segments to ensure communication adds value.
• Use smart segmentation and personalisation across the entire CRM funnel to hit the right member with the right message at the right time.
• Coordinate retention campaigns such as referral, test rides, check-ups and win-backs in collaboration with the Growth and Performance teams.
• Monitor the health of the contact database and improve how emails and push messages perform while finding new opportunities to reach customers effectively across email, SMS and push.
• Perform A/B tests to gather learnings and improve performance, analyze campaign results, build performance dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to unlock the full potential of CRM tooling.
• Champion projects that maximize lifetime value, like driving e-bike upgrades and add-on adoption.

The gear you need:

• You operate at a Bachelor's level (HBO working/thinking level) with a highly analytical, KPI-driven mindset.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in B2C email marketing for a front runner e-commerce, mobility, retail or subscription company.
• Ability to work in an organized and structured way with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages like Dutch, French, German or Danish are a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tooling and technology.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for growth.
