Your impact
As our Senior Growth Analyst focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will turn complex marketing data into clear, actionable stories that guide our Marketing and Go-To-Market leadership. You won't just report on the numbers; you will directly influence our strategy to close revenue gaps and accelerate our upmarket growth.
You will join a fast-paced, high-growth team where you are encouraged to challenge the status quo. This isn't a data engineering role—you will partner with Analytics Engineers for the heavy lifting of data modelling and ingestion. Your focus is strictly on commercial insights, storytelling, and stakeholder management. If you are highly impact-oriented and ready to build compelling narratives that steer the business forward, you will thrive here.
What you'll ship
Own the end-to-end reporting framework for all ABM activity, tracking marketing influence on the Direct Sales pipeline from initial touchpoint to conversion.
Define, document, and maintain core ABM metrics, acting as an early-warning system to proactively surface risks and opportunities in the pipeline.
Translate complex data into clear steering recommendations, identifying underperforming channels or segments and proposing corrective actions.
Produce and present regular performance reviews for Regional Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Global Leadership teams.
Lead ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to test specific hypotheses, synthesizing data across multiple sources to form coherent, evidence-based narratives.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business insights, or strategic consultancy.
Ability to balance commercial aptitude and technical competence. Translating data into business value is as important as technical analytics skills.
Highly effective in storytelling and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior leadership.
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, with a drive to solve complex, ambiguous and new business problems through data exploration.
A forward-thinking approach, with experience using AI in your analytics work or tooling to move faster and work smarter.
Experience with Direct Sales/CRM/ABM, or in B2B/Tech/SaaS, is an advantage but not required.
