As a Marketing Analyst, you play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing organization. You leverage data and analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights that fuel growth and optimize performance across channels. You work closely with marketing teams across Brand and Marketing Performance, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations. By analysing performance across owned, earned, and paid channels, you help shape data-driven strategies and ensure continuous optimization of marketing activities.

In this role, you will focus on analysing marketing performance and enabling data-driven improvements. Key activities include:
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns across channels
- Analyse historical data, identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Apply statistical techniques and forecasting models to predict marketing outcomes and optimize strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reports to support marketing teams
- Create ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Ensure consistent definitions and frameworks for KPI’s across marketing domains
- Own UTM tagging standards and ensure accurate end-to-end marketing tracking in collaboration with external vendors
- Contribute to attribution modeling and Unified Marketing Measurement (UMM) development
- Deliver clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that are easy to understand and actionable
Wie je bent
3–5 years of experience in data analytics and digital marketing within a direct-to-consumer environment, with strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to interpret complex data and uncover actionable insights. Furthermore you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
- Proven experience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, Python or R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong expertise in the Google stack (BigQuery, GA4) is essential, along with familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in AI tooling and agents that enhance efficiency, scalability, and ways of working
