About the role
As a Key Account Manager – e-Commerce, you are the commercial growth driver for our online retail partners across the Benelux. You own the relationships, the commercial calendar, and the digital execution required to win on the digital shelf. You leverage data, insights, and cross functional collaboration to maximize category performance and deliver sustainable growth across pure players and omnichannel e retailers.

This role reports into the Sales Manager Benelux and you will join a growing, future focused commercial team shaping how consumers interact with our products across digital touchpoints. We partner closely with Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, and Operations teams to deliver best in class online experiences.
The impact you’ll make
- Drive commercial growth and take ownership of accounts.
- Meet revenue, margin, and market share targets for e-commerce accounts under your management.
- Facilitate annual Joint Business Planning by aligning priorities, investments, and category prospects.
- Secure profitable partnerships, promotions, and agreements through effective negotiation.
- Oversee product content quality, ensuring availability, strong search performance, and high conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to enhance product detail pages, imagery, descriptions, and premium content.
- Boost SEO, improve on-site search rankings, maintain buy box status, and encourage positive customer reviews.
- Track weekly KPIs and transform data insights into practical strategies.
- Analyze digital dashboards to assess traffic, conversions, pricing, inventory, and category trends.
- Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations for continual improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as the primary e-commerce contact across departments.
- Guarantee seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, replenishments, and daily operations.
- Advocate for customer needs while promoting digital best practices.
- Discover growth opportunities with innovative digital tools, partnerships, and capabilities.
- Strengthen Benelux e-commerce strategy using insights from market and competitor analysis.
- Initiate test-and-learn projects to elevate omnichannel and overall customer experiences.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or other related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management, online category management, or digital commercial roles.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven track record in sales, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG. Head Quarter experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-retailer ecosystems (Bol.com, Coolblue, Amazon, Wehkamp, MediaMarkt, and others).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Data driven mindset to underpin your decision making and storytelling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI; Excel is a requirement.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Fluent in English and Dutch is mandatory.
