What are you going to do as (Junior) HR IT Consultant?

As a Junior HR IT Consultant, you will contribute to national and international HR IT projects aimed at improving and transforming our clients’ HR services and systems. You will support experienced consultants with analyses, process improvements and the design of appropriate HR technology solutions.

Your work as (Junior) HR IT Consultant at Highberg

In this role, you will work alongside colleagues on various HR IT projects, where you will learn how to effectively analyze and optimize processes and systems within HR. You will assist with gathering requirements, preparing workshops, drafting documentation and monitoring planning and quality throughout projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, provide support in advising on tooling and contribute to the implementation of integrations and digital improvements. You will also be given the opportunity to further develop your skills in consultancy and HR technology.

Who are you?

  • You are curious, eager to learn and have a proactive attitude;
  • You work in a structured manner and have strong communication skills;
  • You are able to switch easily between different tasks and stakeholders;
  • You have a hands-on approach and are solution-oriented.

What are we asking?

  • An interest in HR, organisational change, IT and consultancy; work experience as a consultant and/or within HR/IT is an advantage;
  • HBO or university degree, an analytical mindset and a strong desire to learn and develop;
  • A pragmatic and flexible approach;
  • Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3,200 and €4,250 (depending on experience), plus excellent fringe benefits including a consultant bonus scheme, annual profit-sharing, a pension and holiday entitlement;
