The HR IT Solution Architect designs and implements solutions within specific HR IT systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday HCM, AFAS, Visma Youforce and/or SAP SuccessFactors HCM, ensuring that these meet both functional and technical requirements.

What are you going to do as HR IT Solution Architect?

  • Designing end-to-end HR IT solutions, including configurations, extensions, integrations and customisation.
  • Translating HR requirements into system designs.
  • Drawing up technical specifications for suppliers and development teams.
  • Conducting performance and optimisation reviews to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Advising on best practices for system usage and data governance.
  • Supporting and resolving complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live.

Who are you?

  • You have strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

What are we asking?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or HR IT.
  • Experience in HR IT solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with HR platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday HCM, AFAS, Youforce, and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, and OAuth 2.0 for HR system integrations.
  • Vendor certifications (e.g. Workday Pro, Oracle HCM Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Strong proficiency in Dutch, both oral and written.

  • A gross monthly salary of between €6,000 and €8,000 (depending on experience), plus excellent fringe benefits including a consultant bonus scheme, annual profit-sharing, a pension and holiday entitlement;
