Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global Retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring real time customer insights to stores worldwide.
Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Digital, Marketing and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial operations, gaining hands-on experience by contributing to Commercial Cycle planning, calendars, and commercial store initiatives.
- Support the development of our CX strategy by analyzing CSAT surveys and helping translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Assist in the Mystery Shopper program, supporting reporting and visualization to help markets identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of (AI-driven) CX analytics tooling, supporting insight quality and usability.

We are looking for an intern from the 1st of September 2026 for 6 months.
Qualifications
- Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing, Branding, Economics or similar. Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
- Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
- You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
