Where you will be working

As Country HR Director Netherlands (M/F/X) you will be reporting to the BeNeLux HR Platform Lead (solid line) and to the Country Manager Netherlands (dotted line). The BeNeLux HR platform also includes the 3 cross-country Centers of Expertise (C&B, POS, and People Development). You are based at our Zwolle office.

What we Offer

We can only build tomorrow’s CO2-neutral solutions by engaging and retaining colleagues sustainably. That is why we pay a lot of attention to our company culture and growth opportunities, for example by offering a personal development budget, as well as vitality days and company fitness. In addition, you will also receive:

  • 30 vacation days and 0.5 vitality day (based on a full-time position).
  • 8% holiday allowance and performance-based bonuses.
  • A pension plan with ABP, for which we cover 70% of the costs.
  • Discount on your energy contract with 100% green electricity from ENGIE.
  • In this role, you can develop broadly within a large organisation like ENGIE. We further encourage this with a personal development budget of € 500 per year, which you may save for three years up to a maximum of € 1,500.
  • ENGIE is striving for a CO2-free world by 2045, and therefore we offer a sustainable mobility policy. A lease bike scheme, private lease scheme, commuting lease scheme and free public transport are all part of this.

And that good work–life balance? The option to work hybrid supports this, of course—with a laptop, phone and equipment for an ergonomically set up home office.

*Research has shown that men already apply for a position when they meet around 60% of the requirements of a potential employer, while women tend to apply only when they consider themselves a 100% match. What a shame! If you don’t meet all the requirements but are interested, let us know. We’d be happy to get in touch with you!

At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition. Make a difference and enjoy a fulfilling professional experience. Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.
