The work

Accenture is looking for a driven sourcing and procurement professional to guide our clients in transforming procurement departments through innovative technology and data driven insights. The role involves designing operating models, cost transformation, optimizing ways of working by process redesign, and leveraging generative AI for digital procurement transformations.

As a consultant you support our clients by solving challenges across the procurement domain. This includes cost transformation (focusing on price and demand levers), operating model design, or procurement transformation projects. You will experience a steep learning curve in a fun and dynamic work environment.

• People The role requires building lasting relationships with our clients to meet their high expectations for project performance. You will help resolve procurement challenges by providing future proof operating models, the latest thought leadership, or access to the latest technology solutions. Whether it's a procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, or process design, you will guide the client towards achieving their desired end state.
• Processes Your role is to improve how clients work, helping them execute more effectively and efficiently by reinventing the way they work. You aim for outstanding results by making processes simple, scalable, and streamlined.
• Technology Innovation is in our DNA. You connect client needs with emerging technologies, guiding them on automation opportunities using GenAI and cutting-edge procurement tech by guiding them through digital procurement transformations.
