Internship: Improve effectiveness of workflows in Corporate Quality

Description of Assignment

The Corporate QHSE department has just started and contains a list of disciplines and work that are related but has a high expertise per discipline. From these disciplines the standards, way of working and connection to the business are managed and communicated. The department is looking for an umbrella to combine these disciplines to optimize (the access to) our work and standards.

We want you to create both overview and access to our work and information in online tooling. This will be a steppingstone to guide the organization through standards and our disciplines.

In this internship, you will gain valuable insight into Vanderlande, how quality is managed, and how collaboration flows across all major business functions.

Department Description

The Corporate Quality team is part of Corporate QHSE and ensures effective implementation of the Quality Management policies, guidelines and standards throughout the entire organization. The team supports our customer domains (Airports & Distribution) and our business functions (Technology and Supply) by coordination of actions across these areas and facilitation towards an aligned way of working.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Investigate the desired way of working and map out the information and workflow
• Create a system with the use of standard Microsoft tooling where the result of your investigation is collected
• Describe how to operate the system

Your Profile

• You are able to translate a complex environment to a simple overview
• Affinity with process improvement
• You are interested in understanding how
• You have knowledge of Microsoft tooling like SharePoint, Teams; PowerTools/powertools is preferable
• *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
