About this role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI Workforce to join our team in Amsterdam. By living our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will identify high-impact AI opportunities to drive internal efficiency while directly participating in the build phase. You will work across departments to transform JET’s internal operations through intelligent, agentic workflows.

Key components of the position

• Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with stakeholders to review internal workflows to pinpoint friction points where Agentic solutions can drive massive efficiency gains.
• Rapid Prototyping: Directly build and test functional proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted coding tools or LLM orchestration to validate hypotheses.
• AI-Native Transformation: Actively drive the technical and cultural evolution of JET into an AI-native company through best-practices, education, and embedding "AI-first" thinking into our operational DNA.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI deployments, using data insights to iterate on logic and ensure high ROI for the business.

What will you bring to the team?

• Portfolio of AI Solutions: A proactive tinkerer who stays ahead of the LLM/Agentic curve. Hands-on experience with the modern AI stack—from orchestration frameworks to developer tools—to rapidly prototype and scale production-ready features.
• AI Literacy & Appetite: Deep understanding of the LLM landscape, RAG architectures, and how to evaluate model performance (latency, cost, accuracy) for specific business use cases.
• Change Management DNA: Experience leading organizational shifts; you know how to bring people along on a journey of technological transformation.
• Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication skills to navigate a global matrix organization and influence leaders to rethink how their teams work.
