Wat is jouw rol?

As a Treasury Specialist, you play a key role in safeguarding Lely’s financial position. You ensure that financial risks are effectively managed while optimising liquidity and minimising financing costs. Working in a structured and process-driven way, you contribute to an efficient and future-proof treasury function, with a focus on Cash and Risk management, Funding, Working Capital Management and Corporate Finance.

Your responsibilities include amongst other things:

• Managing cash and liquidity, including forecasting, cash pooling and optimisation of excess cash
• Identifying, monitoring and management of financial risks such as FX, interest rate, commodity and credit risk
• Driving continuous improvements and supporting stakeholders with complex treasury-related requests
• Maintaining and improving treasury policies, procedures and compliance with internal standards
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cost monitoring and optimisation

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are a treasury professional who combines analytical strength with a hands-on mentality. You thrive in an international and dynamic environment and know how to translate financial insights into actionable improvements.

• HBO degree in Finance, or a comparable field
• Approximately 5 years of relevant treasury experience in an international dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of and experience with liquidity management, cash forecasting and Risk management
• Strong knowledge of operational treasury processes and the ambition to further develop the treasury function
• Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience in cash management and FX risk management projects.
• Proactive, result-driven and ownership-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with systems and tools, such as Cobase, Tableau and advanced Excel skills
• Familiar with LEAN and Agile ways of working is considered a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbally
