Are you a detail-oriented student with a strong interest in finance and data analysis? We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team in the field of Bonus Controlling. As a Bonus Controlling & Billing intern, you will support the team in managing, analyzing, and optimizing bonus-related processes. You will gain hands-on experience in financial controlling, work with real business data, and contribute to improving reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Your Tasks

• Assist in calculating and validating bonus agreements and payouts
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to bonuses
• Analyze data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities
• Help maintain and optimize controlling and reporting tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, and Operations
• Contribute to process improvements within the Bonus Controlling function

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel (knowledge of other data tools is a plus)
• Proactive, structured, and eager to learn
• Good communication skills in English
