What you will do

Our team is looking for experienced strategy consultants and corporate strategy professionals, who can, depending on experience, join at manager or director level. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Offer insurance and broking client’s insight into complex issues by means of substantiated, objective advice balancing qualitative and quantitative underpinnings
• Take ownership of (part of) the project, both in terms of content delivery (developing sound storylines and analyses) and in terms of project management (managing team and collaborating with clients)
• Work together with a team of colleagues. You actively collaborate with your team members and provide coaching. You often work together with other experts from across PwC network in the Netherlands and internationally to help clients close the gap from strategy through execution
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership creation while building your own professional brand and network

What we look for in a candidate

• You have background in financial services and knowledge of key strategic themes
• You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, for example at a strategy consultancy firm, as strategy expert at a financial services institution (preferably insurance)
• You are analytically strong and with excellent written communication skills and can present your work clearly and convince others
• You have experience with project and/ or team management: you know how to structure work packages motivate team members and manage expectations of your (internal or external) clients
• You like to work in a team, and you have a healthy dose of humor
• You have an emerging network of (potential) clients to further shape the industry with
• Advantages would be functional knowledge within financial services (e.g., Agentic AI, Strategy, Operational excellence) and a relevant network within the business community
