This role offers the opportunity to elevate the quality of insights into how people truly use and experience our products by building the technical foundations for UX Telemetry within the Usability Center of Excellence. Rather than concentrating on standard analytics implementations, the focus is on creating telemetry architectures that can capture meaningful behaviors, clinical workflow patterns, user journeys, and friction points across a diverse healthtech ecosystem.
To achieve this, you will drive the technical implementation of UX Telemetry across products in the Philips portfolio. This includes defining the right telemetry architecture, event structures, tracking logic, implementation approach, data quality checks, and analytical readiness. You will help ensure telemetry is scalable across different product types, architectures, and hardware environments, while also enabling more advanced analytics over time.

You are responsible for the technical implementation of UX Telemetry to capture meaningful behaviors, user journeys, and experience patterns across multiple products and platforms.

The team focuses on elevating the quality of experience insights and enabling stronger evidence-based product and UX decisions across the Philips portfolio. Your role will focus predominantly on the technical foundations of UX Telemetry. Next to the team, you’ll be part of an award-winning global community of over 400 design professionals and will collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines.
