Internship Global Internal Communications & Events

Your tasks

  • Produce visual and written content for all internal communication channels, including our internal app
  • Support with the marketing campaigns roll-out and sales information to our store staff globally
  • Develop and organise interactive activations and events for our internal audience
  • Support with the creation and launch of digital employee engagement initiatives
  • Own the content analytics

About you

  • You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to work with different internal stakeholders
  • You can be creative and can write in a fun and attractive Tone of Voice
  • Your way of working can be described as proactive and precise whilst delivering your workload on time
  • You know, or want to learn, how to set priorities
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch preferably
  • Interest in the retail industry

What we offer

  • Hybrid work / Work From Home (WFH) policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week depending on the nature of your role (60:40 policy based on your working hours). During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
  • Internship allowance: 450€ per month (gross) (based on 40h/week).
  • Holidays: 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
  • Travel allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
  • Additional benefits: Access to staff discount (25% on all Hunkemöller products, with additional discount moments up to 25–55%), a company laptop, and company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.
  • Hunkemöller Academy: Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth through various training programs and workshops.

Eligibility criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

  • You are an EU citizen
  • You are on a Family/Partner visa
  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
