As a Data Analyst within Partner Strategy & Propositions, you play an important role in understanding partner behaviour and evaluating how our strategy and propositions impact both partners and customers. Because successful partners lead to happy customers.

What do you do as a Data Analyst within Partner Strategy & Propositions?

You join a group of data professionals within the Partner Analytics team who work on a broad range of strategic and proposition related topics. In this role, you analyse partner behaviour across multiple themes and help shape data-driven decisions within the partner domain. This includes supporting partner propositions around logistic services that enable partners to (partly) outsource their logistics to bol. Your work supports the growth, adoption and long-term success of these propositions.

Depending on your experience, you take ownership of analyses and gradually grow into a more independent advisory role. You work closely with experienced analysts and strategists, combining hands on analysis with learning how insights influence strategy and propositions.

Some specific responsibilities include

  • Translating partner strategy and proposition questions into clear, structured analyses using SQL and Python
  • Analysing partner behaviour to identify trends, drivers and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting and evaluating (e.g. logistic services) partner propositions and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Visualising findings clearly and sharing them through dashboards, presentations and reports
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders from strategy, product and partner proposition teams to ensure insights lead to action
  • Taking increasing ownership of analyses and contributing proactively to new topics

The Partner Analytics team has built a modern data stack on the Google Cloud Platform, including technologies like BigQuery, Git, Airflow, dbt, DataStudio and Tableau, as well as a range of Python libraries that enable advanced analytics.
