Realworks is the market leader in real estate IT in the Netherlands, supporting over 80% of Dutch real estate agents with tools like our CRM system and Move.nl. To help our tech teams work even better together, we’re looking for a Scrum Master who brings fresh ideas, removes obstacles, and wants to help shape a truly Agile organization. As a Scrum Master at Realworks, you play a key role in helping teams understand and apply Agile ways of working, and in transferring this knowledge so teams can grow and improve continuously.

You facilitate the Scrum process, guide teams through the Scrum Events, and help remove impediments so teams can stay focused on delivering value. By coaching teams and working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, you help strengthen collaboration and effectiveness.

You also contribute to further developing an Agile mindset within the organization. By sharing your experience and supporting teams in adopting Agile and Scrum principles, you help Realworks continue to grow as an Agile organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and facilitating Scrum events like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives for one or more Scrum teams;
• Helping teams stay organized and focused, and encouraging good collaboration;
• Identifying and helping resolve blockers that may slow down progress;
• Promoting clear communication within and between teams;
• Coaching the Product Owner in managing the backlog and setting priorities;
• Assisting in identifying areas where teams can improve and helping implement continuous improvements;
• Contributing to the further development of an Agile mindset across the organization.

Your team

You work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, set priorities, and keep business goals in focus. Additionally, you align the broader Agile approach with the Management Team. Together with other Scrum Masters like Marloes, Lorenzo and Zahra you share best practices and continuously strive for improvement.

Job requirements

• A completed Bachelor degree (Bachelor’s or working/thinking level);
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum;
• Proven ability to coach teams and transfer Agile and Scrum knowledge so teams can apply it in their daily work;
• Experience guiding teams in adopting Scrum and helping them grow step by step in their Agile maturity;
• You enjoy working with people and are developing your coaching and facilitation skills;
• A proactive mindset; you like solving problems and looking for improvements;
• Clear communicator who helps align people and ideas, even in complex environments;
• Scrum certification like PSM I or CSM is a plus, or you're motivated to get certified;
• Comfortable working in or around tech teams, and interested in how digital products are built;
• Some familiarity with tools like Jira or similar project management software.
