Jouw rol als Buyer
Als Buyer bij ETT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces, van analyse tot levering. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en leveranciers om te zorgen voor tijdige, kwalitatief hoogwaardige en kostenefficiënte inkoop.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
🔹 Inkoop & Planning
- Analyseren en voorspellen van terminalbehoeften
- Tijdige inkoop van materialen en diensten
🔹 Leveranciersmanagement
- Selecteren en beoordelen van leveranciers op kwaliteit, prijs en betrouwbaarheid
- Onderhandelen over tactische uitgaven tot USD 50k
- Samenwerken met de Regional Procurement Manager bij grotere spend
🔹 Order- & Voorraadbeheer
- Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
- Tijdige communicatie over vertragingen en afwijkingen
- Afstemmen met het magazijnteam over voorraad en levertijden
🔹 Kwaliteit & Compliance
- Controleren van ontvangen goederen op specificaties
- Beheren van PO’s, ontvangstbewijzen, vrachtbrieven en garanties in Oracle
- Escaleren van audit- en compliancevraagstukken
🔹 Rapportage
- Opstellen van nauwkeurige rapportages voor senior management
Wie zoeken wij?
Een Buyer die:
- Een bachelor of technisch diploma heeft in Business, Supply Chain of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring heeft in een industriële omgeving (tankopslag is een pré)
- Sterk is in onderhandelen, communiceren en stakeholdermanagement
- Proactief, gestructureerd en analytisch werkt
- Bekend is met inkoopsystemen en digitale tools
- Tijdig PO’s kan managen en prioriteiten kan bewaken
- Comfortabel is met zowel tactische als ad-hoc inkopen
- Richtlijnen van de Regional Procurement Manager effectief weet te vertalen naar de praktijk
