Your Role at a Glance

During this internship, you will play an active role in planning, coordinating, and communicating training programs from our Central Services Office in Hoofddorp. You will work closely with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe, giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network.

You will support the Talent Development team in developing new training courses and managing all administrative aspects of our trainings and meetings. If you show growth and confidence, there is even the possibility to participate in or deliver trainings yourself, a great chance to develop as a future trainer or HR professional.

Within our University department, we are always looking for ways to improve our training offering and daily processes. During your internship, there will be plenty of space to contribute ideas, take ownership, and work on your own projects.

  • You are looking for a challenging internship of at least 6 months in Hotel Management or Human Resources.
  • You are available to start in August/September.
  • You are excited to be part of an international hotel chain.
  • You have a strong interest in employee development and an affinity for the hospitality industry.

  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
