Your mission:

As a People & Talent Associate, you will support the full employee lifecycle at Insify: from hiring and onboarding to early performance and culture operations. We are looking for someone eager to grow into this role!

You will work closely with the Talent Lead and VP People to ensure that hiring runs smoothly, new joiners start strong, and managers are supported with structure and clarity. Some of the work is operational. Some of it is strategic. All of it matters.

This role is for someone who wants to learn how a high-performance People function is built from the inside.

What you’ll be up to (some examples):

  • Support hiring operations: scheduling, candidate communication, ATS hygiene
  • Prepare contracts, documentation, and ensure compliance accuracy
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure new joiners are set up for success
  • Support People operations including offboarding, HR systems, payroll inputs, and documentation
  • Help maintain policies and internal documentation
  • Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and cultural touchpoints
  • Support office operations and internal events that strengthen team cohesion
  • Spot process gaps and propose practical improvements
  • Help keep the People engine running smoothly as we scale

This is a strong fit for you if:

  • Have 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, consulting, or a structured environment
  • Are highly organized and reliable
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Are comfortable working in-person and collaborating closely with stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with high standards
  • Want to grow into a People Partner or Talent Operations career path
