Marvia, a leading distributed marketing platform, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our growth. As we scale our presence in European and North American markets, we need someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid and organic channels, from Google Ads and LinkedIn to SEO and AI-search platforms.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our customer acquisition efforts across both paid and organic channels. You'll own our demand generation and demand capture strategy, from Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to SEO and AI-powered search platforms.

This role is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam, where you'll report directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll work closely with our international sales and marketing team to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize paid channels including paid search, paid social, and software comparison sites (G2, Capterra)
  • Experiment with emerging channels and optimize for AI search visibility
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts
  • Build and optimize the funnel from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities
  • Create campaigns with product marketing and design targeting prioritized accounts and segments
  • Run email programs and targeted campaigns with product marketing to drive pipeline
  • Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead quality
  • Analyze performance across channels and turn insights into action
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality to ensure accurate reporting and campaign effectiveness

Who you are

  • 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer acquisition, ideally in SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies
  • Excellent English proficiency (Dutch language skills are a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Bonus points if you have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing tools like Apollo, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs
  • Experience with AI tools and automation for marketing optimization
  • Start-up or scale-up experience – you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
