Marketing Graduate (adidas Body Care & Fragrances) — Amsterdam

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join the adidas Body Care & Fragrances team in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

As our adidas marketing Graduate, you will join the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty to work on adidas body care & fragrances. In this learning opportunity you will be part of the Global Marketing team.

You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional global teams to support innovation development, product launches, and operational excellence across deodorants and shower gel projects. You will contribute to both long-term innovation initiatives and short-term activations, ensuring disciplined execution, accurate asset management, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Your main focus

  • Support global deodorant and shower gel innovation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate briefs and manage timings with cross-functional partners (R&D, Procurement, SIL, Media, Markets).
  • Ensure accuracy and availability of assets, claims, codes and product information in internal systems (DAM/BT).
  • Create and manage IRCs and support system-related workflows.
  • Support Bodycare DTC integration and asset readiness.
  • Maintain brand budget trackers and project tracking tools.
  • Consolidate market feedback and performance inputs.
  • Provide structured support in day-to-day brand operations and follow-ups.

Your learnings

  • End-to-end exposure to global innovation development within a leading international brand.
  • Hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Media, Commercial and local markets.
  • Development of strong project management skills, including asset coordination, system management, and timeline ownership.
  • Understanding of global product launch processes in FMCG, from concept to market activation.
  • Exposure to multi-market coordination in a culturally diverse environment.
