About Female Ventures

At Female Ventures we believe every woman leads her own personal venture. We focus on awareness and support women in planning their careers. How do we achieve this? We organize (online & face-to-face) events such as workshops, lectures, and other kinds of events, to inspire women and help them build their network. During these events, women share their own stories and experiences under the pleasure of drinks and networking. By uniting ambitious women and giving them visibility, we offer them a safe and inspiring environment to flourish, build a network and gain opportunities to venture.

Your Role

As Marketing Manager in our Eindhoven team, you will be the creative engine behind our communications. You’ll help shape our local presence, promote our events, and amplify the voices of women in our network. Expect a balance of content creation, campaign planning, and hands-on collaboration with our local and national teams. Estimated time commitment: 2–4 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure we have consistent fresh dynamic content, including event promotion, on our social medias: LinkedIn, Instagram, and our upcoming monthly Newsletter
• Manage our LinkedIn Showcase Page and ensure alignment with national branding
• Work on getting Female Ventures Eindhoven in publications, at events, and any news insights
• Position Female Ventures Eindhoven as a thought leader regarding our mission to empower women
• Be the marketing point of contact for our community managers and our National Marketing Director

What Are We Looking For?

We value proactive, hands-on volunteers who bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a sense of ownership. Ideally, you:

• Have experience or strong interest in marketing, communications, and social media
• Are confident writing copy and structuring content in English
• Are comfortable using tools like Canva, Eventbrite, TeamUp Calendar, WordPress etc.
• Love being part of a mission-driven team and want to make a real difference
• Can commit to a consistent weekly contribution and coordinate with other volunteers
• Are excited to (co-)host our monthly networking drinks in Eindhoven
