About the role

As a Visual Designer you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with the brand and support marketing goals. Working closely with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams such as Content and Paid Advertising, you will execute visual and motion designs for campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials. The role also involves maintaining and evolving brand guidelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will be responsible for?

• Design ad sets for paid media (static and motion)
• Create motion graphics for ads, social media, and website use
• Design email banners, landing pages, and campaign assets
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, including components, styles, and visual consistency
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines

What do we want from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Design
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic/visual designer (agency or in-house)
• Strong skills in Figma
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Motion Design
• Experience in PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient across various media (digital, web, print)

Work setup and office

You get the freedom to work flexible. Meaning you don’t have to work in our office every day, but we like it if you do of course! It’s fun to come in and mingle with your colleagues. Our beautiful and modern office in located in the iconic Rembrandt tower that is conveniently next to Amstel Station.
