UX Designer

Help us shape the Future of Enreach’s Business and Operations Platforms!

THE ROLE

At Enreach, we are looking for a UX Designer for our Almere office who enjoys making complex topics understandable. You will work on our AI platform where customers configure and manage AI agents, and you will support the team behind our operations and business support software used for ordering, billing, and user management.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, domain experts, and fellow designers to turn challenging processes into clear, user‑friendly experiences. Your work will have a real impact on thousands of users across Europe.

What will you do?

• Design clear workflows, interactions, and UI structures for complex systems
• Translate requirements, constraints, and domain logic into intuitive concepts
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Use and expand the Enreach Design System
• Validate assumptions and make informed decisions through UX thinking, research, and analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation
• Work on UX design for key Enreach products, including our AI solutions and OSS/BSS platform
• Contribute to our design culture, processes, and shared standards

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a designer who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to challenging problems. You like turning messy or technical topics into smooth, functional experiences. You collaborate easily and feel comfortable switching between different teams and products.

You bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• A degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Interaction Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or any other relevant design/engineering field
• Experience designing complex web applications (e.g. dashboards, admin tools, enterprise systems)
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong interaction design and UI design skills
• A collaborative and open mindset
• Strong communication skills in English, and preferably in Dutch, since many of our users are based in the Netherlands

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-related tools or configuration interfaces
• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience with user research or validation methods
• Familiarity with telecom, SaaS, or enterprise environments
