You & your role

Strengthen Rabobank’s digital security as an Authorisation Management Specialist by ensuring colleagues only have access to systems and data they truly need. In this role, you operate within Identity & Access Management and support Retail NL Tech by managing authorisations, advising stakeholders, and continuously improving access processes in a complex banking environment.

  • Manage and maintain authorisations, roles, user transfers, and terminations to ensure secure and compliant access across systems.
  • Monitor access maturity and control status using dashboards and data insights to support compliance and risk reduction.
  • Drive adoption of role-based access control by translating bottlenecks into concrete process improvements across Retail NL Tech.

You ensure secure access, support compliance, and help prevent incidents such as data breaches and cyber-attacks by acting as a key IAM expert within the tech domain.

You & your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IAM concepts such as authorisation, authentication, and access control in complex environments.
  • Experience implementing role-based access control, preferably using One Identity tooling, with 2+ years of practical experience.
  • Knowledge of risk and security framework (e.g. R-IC, SAM)
  • Experience with one of the following is a plus: PowerBi, HALO ITSM, Azure DevOps, Cyberark or PBAC.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Collaborative working style.
