About the role

Do you have a proven track record in building and scaling global partner channels within the Large Format Graphics (LFG) industry? Are you energized by shaping strategy, influencing regions, and delivering double-digit growth through partnerships? Then this LFG GPC Manager role offers you the opportunity to make a global impact.

What You’ll Do

As LFG GPC Manager, you lead the development and execution of the global Partner channel strategy for Large Format Graphics. You are responsible for accelerating Partner-led growth worldwide, targeting double-digit year-over-year revenue growth. You work closely with regions, business area management, marketing, and business planning to optimize current and future products and programs for Partner success.

You’ll be responsible for:

LFG Partner sales growth

  • Developing and implementing tailored regional Partner channel development programs to drive LFG Partner sales
  • Securing and supporting sales capacity growth, with a strong focus on unit sales and recurring ink revenues

Partner support programs

  • Defining and managing the annual global Partner financial support budget
  • Translating financial support budget into clear, value-driven support programs, including hardware support, Machines in Field (MIF) initiatives, competitive conversion programs, and marketing support
  • Defining and managing tools and assets tailored to Partner business

Partner service business model

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving Partner service strategies and business models
  • Tracking Partner service KPIs and adjusting strategies to optimize performance and customer experience

Partner reporting & governance

  • Further developing a monthly KPI management and reporting framework to monitor Partner sales performance and effectiveness of support programs
  • Leading monthly global partner business reviews and progress meetings

Support Product Line Management (PLM)

  • Representing the partner perspective in the LFG Product Line Management process
  • Ensuring Partner feedback is incorporated into product development, beta testing, and launch programs

Who You’ll Work With

You operate in a global organization and act as a trusted subject matter expert for regions worldwide. You collaborate closely with regional Partner channel managers, sales, marketing, service teams, and internal stakeholders from business area management, business planning, marketing innovation, and product strategy.

What You Bring

We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong strategic and analytical capabilities:

  • Academic background in business economics, strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record as a senior Partner sales or commercial director in the Large Format Graphics industry
  • Extensive experience in Partner sales and channel management
  • 10+ years of experience in a large, global OEM environment
  • Strong end-to-end business acumen, including markets, customers, value chains, and P&L drivers
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including business case development, ROI, and scenario planning
  • Ability to simplify complexity and focus on key growth drivers
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence without formal authority
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in advising senior leadership
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to operate effectively across functions and regions
