Controlling & Reporting Analyst

At our Head Office in Amersfoort, we are looking for a high‑potential Planning & Reporting Analyst with a strong technical background in data analytics, data flows and financial modelling. In this role, you will support the Business Group Professional (FCP) and report directly to the Head of FP&A – FCP. You will manage our main commercial and financial data model, support month‑end activities and contribute to key reporting and forecasting processes. This is an ideal role for someone eager to deepen expertise in FP&A, data modelling and global financial processes within FrieslandCampina.

  • Salary between €3,800 and €5,400 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time)
  • Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension

As Planning & Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and running our main data model, consolidating all commercial and related financial information for the business group
  • Supporting the month‑end close for FCP, including loading data into HFM and reporting financial and operational KPIs
  • Analysing and reporting on key commercial and financial KPIs such as volumes, sales, gross profit variance, working capital monitoring and forecasting
  • Driving simplification of financial models used within the business group
  • Supporting the implementation of the new financial forecasting tool
  • Performing ICF controls and assessing control effectiveness within the business group
  • Participating in, implementing, and executing (ad hoc) improvement projects
