Junior Trading Assistant (Dutch)

About the role

You will be joining our team of customer-centric champions, in a vibrant, fast-paced and ever-growing environment. This role is suited to a quick learner with some knowledge of financial markets who is looking for a career starter with strong growth and learning opportunities in FinTech.

What you’ll get to learn

To best assist our customers, we offer tailor-made training and onboarding based on your previous experience and knowledge. You will learn about financial products, transfers, tax, corporate actions, trading venues, market abuse, among others.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer requests to find short- and/or long-term solutions to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
• Support customers with complex information requests about the platform, corporate actions, transfers of securities, resolution of trading disputes, and more.
• Take the lead when assigned to different specialized sub-teams responsible for providing long-term solutions for recurring challenges.
• Effectively communicate and escalate to different departments to resolve trading-related requests.

Is this you?

• Have a Bachelor's degree and a strong affinity with financial markets (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Are a native-level Dutch speaker (this is a must).
• Are fluent in English.
• Have 0–2 years of experience.
• Have a good understanding of financial products and affinity with the financial markets.
• Are an energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
• Are available to work evenings occasionally.

Work setup and tools

You get the freedom to work flexible. Meaning you don’t have to work in our office every day. To make work@home comfortable we offer a €35 internet allowance, provide a company laptop and options such as a chair, screen and headphones.
