As a People & Office Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across office management, talent acquisition, and learning & development (L&D). You will work closely with our People team to keep the office running smoothly, support recruitment activities, and help roll out employee development initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn about different aspects of HR in a dynamic, international company.

We are preferably looking for someone to start in April.

What you’ll achieve

Office & Operations

  • Run day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized workplace.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, owning our weekly “Lepaya Lunch”, and assisting with office events.
  • Be a go-to person for colleagues’ office-related questions (office presence required on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - our busiest office days).

Talent Acquisition

  • Run the full Talent Acquisition process for our internship roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Help organize and roll out our internal Academy (incl. workshop, training programs, preparing engaging communications).
  • Support tracking and feedback collection to improve employee learning experiences.

Qualifications we’re looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem solving, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
