As Business Development Manager for INDG’s Fashion vertical, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across global fashion, sportswear and luxury brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you’ll lead high-impact sales conversations, shape how INDG’s visual content solutions are understood in the market, and turn long-term brand relationships into sustainable growth.

You’ll work closely with account, vertical leadership and delivery teams to build momentum in the fashion vertical - owning the commercial narrative, spotting opportunities early, and helping INDG grow with focus and intent. What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth within the fashion vertical by expanding INDG’s presence across existing and new enterprise brand accounts.
  • Lead strategic sales conversations with senior client stakeholders, shaping how INDG’s visual content and CGI capabilities are positioned and valued.
  • Support and grow a healthy sales pipeline, keeping opportunities moving forward with clear forecasting and structured follow-up.
  • Partner closely with Account Directors, project management, marketing and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape propositions, and support deal execution end to end.
  • Translate complex client needs into clear, compelling commercial narratives that resonate with fashion brands and their internal stakeholders.
  • Feed market and client insights back into internal planning to help refine INDG’s product–market fit and support scalable growth.
  • Contribute to improving marketing, sales processes and ways of working, helping INDG operate with clarity, consistency, and momentum as the fashion vertical grows.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong commercial foundation and a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating strategic, multi-layered sales conversations within enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with or selling into fashion, sportswear and luxury brands.
  • A solid understanding of how visual content, CGI, or digital assets support marketing, product storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • The ability to connect big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, moving opportunities forward while keeping long-term growth in mind.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in visual content, creative production, digital services, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes, CRM tools, or pipeline management frameworks.
