You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Wholesale, Impact and IT, to create and enhance tools that keep our employees informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.

Product Management:

  • Gather user feedback and analyze needs to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business leads to create a compelling user experience focused on clarity and engagement.
  • Monitor product performance and conduct analyses to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure tools deliver measurable impact on communication effectiveness.

Bring all of you

High on energy, low on ego, and with a little bit of humor. You have excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to explore new tools and technologies. On top of that:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Project Management).

  • You have a strong understanding of communication platforms and experience with tools like SharePoint, Yoobic or similar.
  • You have excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • You are data-driven with excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize tool performance.
  • You thrive in an international, dynamic environment where English is often the language of choice.
