WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind turning our international marketing strategy into high-impact campaigns, content, and brand experiences.

You will play a key role in translating our value propositions into go-to-market and go-to-client campaigns that support commercial growth across Europe. You will lead our day-to-day brand, marketing and communications activities, ensuring consistency, quality and visibility across all channels (internal and external). From campaign planning to execution, you will shape how Magnus Energy shows up in the market.

In this role you will work closely with our consulting teams, leadership, and external partners to help scale Magnus Energy’s brand presence in Europe.

In addition you will:

• Support go-to-market and go-to-client initiatives by developing high quality campaigns and client-facing materials (blogs, case studies, proposals, presentations, brochures) in collaboration with consulting teams and experts.
• Manage our digital presence: update websites, optimise SEO, LinkedIn and other social channels, tracking performance and improving content and channel effectiveness based on data and insights.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual identity and tone of voice, while driving thought leadership and external visibility through PR, partnerships, designers, and industry platforms.
• Develop strong marketing materials for business lines (campaigns, proposals, brochures, presentations) aligned with our brand and positioning.
• Coordinate events end-to-end: logistics, materials, promotion, on-site support and post-event content.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media/Marketing or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven brand, marketing and communications experience, in the consulting sector or a knowledge-intensive organization. Previous experience in the energy transition sector is a plus.
• Strong copy-writing and content-creation skills, especially translating complex data into clear and engaging narratives.
• Experience managing digital channels and tools (CMS, LinkedIn, SEO, SEA, GEO).
• Proactive, hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented: able to take ownership, work independently and decisively, with attention to detail.
• A growth mindset: curious, adaptable and eager to explore new marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2) and Dutch (B1/B2). German is a plus.
