As a Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for on-site IT support. You ensure that employee workplaces, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and general connectivity function smoothly across our office and retail locations. This role focuses on end-user IT support, not core infrastructure management.

You will:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees (laptops, printers, phones, peripherals);
  • Set up, move, and maintain user workplaces (docking stations, monitors, keyboards, etc.);
  • Support basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network access) and escalate when needed;
  • Manage company mobile phones and provide basic app support;
  • Handle service desk tickets within SLA and document solutions;
  • Maintain hardware inventory and prepare devices for reuse/recycling;
  • Provide IT support for Venlo and Utrecht offices as well as the physical stores in Tilburg and Zaandam;
  • Coordinate with central IT and external vendors for issues outside the role’s scope;

You have:

  • Hands-on IT support experience in a user-facing environment;
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira) and Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace, is a plus;
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-focused skills;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between locations;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English;
  • Driving License;
