Join our team to ensure the integrity and reliability of GMP production equipment. As a Production Support Engineer, you’ll perform and document preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient, while partnering with teams to solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance for GMP production equipment.
  • Perform inspections and calibrations per defined protocols and intervals.
  • Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare and support planned maintenance stops and interventions.
  • Control and manage spare parts inventory in alignment with reliability engineering.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through equipment modifications and process enhancements.
  • Support validation activities and maintain compliance with GMP guidelines.
  • Develop and review technical documents and provide operator training when needed.

Essential Requirements

  • MBO/HBO degree with 4-6 working experience and with proven track record within maintenance and facility engineering.
  • Preferably 3+ years of working experience within (pharmaceutical) GMP and/or isotope manufacturing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in a production environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and calibration protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in documentation and adherence to safety standards.
