Are you ready to build a strong brand and drive growth in European GovTech markets?
At xxllnc, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are looking for a Manager Marketing to strengthen our brand on a European level, boost lead generation, and support the growth of our portfolio of tech companies in both existing and new markets.

As the strategic driver of our international marketing efforts, you ensure alignment from brand positioning to lead generation, delivering measurable results. You will work closely with Sales, support the integration and positioning of add-on companies, maintain oversight, and continuously identify new opportunities within the European B2B tech market.

Key responsibilities:

• Strengthen and position xxllnc as a strong, recognizable European brand;
• Develop and optimize lead generation processes from awareness through to conversion, in close collaboration with Sales;
• Support the shift from “xxllnc GovTech NL” to a broader “GovTech xxllnc Europe” positioning;
• Tailor our messaging to resonate with diverse target audiences and customer segments;
• Spot opportunities in new markets and segments, turning these into actionable plans;
• Enhance marketing processes, tools and internal communication;
• Report on progress, KPIs and results to the executive team and management;
• Support international expansion and the marketing integration of add-on / portfolio companies;
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the management team on marketing decisions.

You are a marketing professional with vision and a hands-on mindset. You easily switch between strategic thinking and operational execution, and you enjoy building and positioning brands within an international context.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in (digital) marketing, branding and lead generation;
• Strong strategic overview combined with a hands-on approach when needed;
• Experience working with Sales to drive commercial outcomes;
• Experience in B2B tech and/or portfolio / add-on companies is a strong plus;
• Ability to measure and steer marketing processes and campaigns towards clear results;
• Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels;
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are a plus);
• International experience is a plus;
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
