The Amsterdam Marketing Hub manages Coty Luxury’s brand portfolio of more than 20 Fragrance, Skincare, and Make-up brands across 40+ markets in EMEA. We are a dynamic and international team of marketeers and, together with colleagues from the broader organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with +350 M consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Brand Managers in new brand launch across our region
- Assist Brand Managers in the launch management of new innovation within our existing portfolio
- Conduct post launch analysis reports for top countries
- Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and create presentation materials as needed
- Drive creation of internal presentations
- Work closely with brand managers, media, retailers and distributors to ensure that marketing and media strategies are aligned with objectives and global guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
- Provide the global teams with commercial updates (ie. Tradeplans, distribution,…)
- Support Brand Managers in administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently studying a degree in the fields of Business/Management/Economics/Marketing
- Full proficiency in Dutch and English
- Skilled on Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Interest in the Beauty industry and eComm/Digital
- As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program
