As our Analytics Solutions Partner, you'll provide specialized analytics consultancy to optimize and develop price and yield capabilities across TUI. You'll provide consultancy across three key areas: end-to-end design of bespoke price and yield solutions, defining and implementing trials for new approaches, and analyzing price and yield data to enhance commercial performance. Working closely with digital solutions, multi-regional teams, and technology partners, you'll blend technical expertise with business acumen to ensure data drives effective decision-making and maximizes commercial outcomes.

About the job

  • Partner closely with digital solutions teams, multi-regional price and yield teams, and technology partners to create sophisticated end-to-end solutions that drive business value, while managing and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Structure complex problems and develop appropriate solutions using sophisticated algorithms while ensuring high levels of decision-making transparency and user control, finding the optimal balance between “good enough” and “too complex” solutions.
  • Design and implement business trials with clearly formulated hypotheses, defined success criteria, and effective test sampling; construct test and control groups, use A/B tests where appropriate, and evaluate results using appropriate statistical models.
  • Work with a “test and learn” mindset to interrogate price and yield data, identify opportunities for improvement, and engage stakeholders across multiple regions using data storytelling to highlight significant findings and expected benefits.
  • Tailor messages to stakeholder needs, breaking down complexity to a relatable level with effective data visualizations that communicate key points clearly.
  • Prototype solutions to validate methodology and effectiveness, research cutting-edge approaches to complex price and yield management, and drive high levels of automation and technical excellence.

About you

  • Degree or equivalent experience in analytics, operational research, mathematics, or a subject involving similar analytical skills.
  • Experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with specific focus on complex pricing or yield management challenges.
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating data using Python, SQL, or similar tools, along with experience in data visualization.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value with analytical solutions in challenging commercial environments.
  • Experience understanding intricate pricing and yield management principles across different product types and market conditions.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques, with the ability to manage analytics projects individually or as part of a wider team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Beneficial: experience working with complex price and yield systems in travel, hospitality, or related industries, and/or experience in consulting or solutions-oriented roles.
  • Advantage: previous experience setting up and running effective business trials with measurable outcomes.
