As Customer Service Coordinator Road Logistics Moerdijk at Kuehne+Nagel, you connect customers, carriers, and operations in a multi-client environment.You share clear shipment updates, follow up on proof of delivery (PODs), and act fast when exceptions happen so service levels stay on track. This job is more than you imagine.

Ownership starts with the first customer request and ends only when it is fully resolved.
Daily coordination with carriers and internal teams keeps transports running and communication clear and professional.You join a team of 14 and support multiple customers across different service levels and verticals, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and taking ownership.

How you create impact

• As the first point of contact, you represent and support our customers’ interests on a daily basis.
• You participate in internal operational meetings to align on operational matters impacting customers.
• You closely follow up on incoming customer complaints.
• You liaise with our carriers to follow up on shipments, statuses, and proofs of delivery (PODs).
• You work closely on your customer account with colleagues from your own team and other departments.
• In short: you are the central link in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What we would like you to bring

• You have MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed education in Logistics or Economics/Business.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You are service-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
