Our young team of 80 colleagues, including 10+ software developers and data engineers, operates from offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, and Germany.
Position
The Revenue Operations Manager will strengthen the operational backbone of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses on automation, tooling, and data integrity to enable scalable growth and predictable revenue performance.
You are responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing revenue tech stack. You streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure systems and data are aligned across all go-to-market functions. This role is hands-on; you work directly in HubSpot and connected tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution speed.
