Your role in our shared journey

Gevestigd op ons EMEA-hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp, nabij Amsterdam, inspireer en versterk je ASICS in EMEA door het neerzetten van sterke, consistente brand experiences die traffic, engagement en groei stimuleren over alle kanalen.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead, champion and evolve all ASICS Trade Marketing initiatives across EMEA categories and channels
  • In close partnership with DTC stakeholders, lead and implement the overall activation strategy for DTC channel (FP & FO) with the key focus of driving quality traffic to stores.
  • Own VM strategy across EMEA retail and wholesale footprint
  • Drive brand consistency and exceptional brand execution across all touchpoints
  • Build and execute brand and product training for retail and online partners
  • Enable the GTM planning and execution process across EMEA
  • Manage regional content adaptation and market localization
  • Lead and inspire the Trade Marketing Team EMEA

As the leader of your team, you’ll:

  • Shape the strategic direction of the company and contribute to its long-term success.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive positive change.
  • Continuously develop your leadership skills through managing teams and navigating complex challenges.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of (leadership) and personal development.
  • Build a strong professional network.

You have the following skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience in brand, trade, or retail marketing roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and cross-functional projects
  • Strong creative background in retail marketing, visual merchandising and staff training. Previous experience in GTM process is preferred
  • Project management and cross functional alignment experience
  • Track record of delivering retail excellence and localized brand campaigns
  • Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
  • Passionate about consumer behaviour, culture, and brand storytelling
